SWISS PAINTERS' & Plasterers' CONTRACTORS' ASSOCIATION (SMGV)
The Swiss Painters' and Plasterers' Contractors' Association (SMGV) was founded in 1908. As the professional and employers' association of the Swiss painting and plastering trade, it currently represents the interests of over 2,000 painting and plastering businesses in Switzerland.The central tasks of the association are negotiating with the trade unions and drawing up the collective labour agreement. In addition, the SMGV looks after the interests of job-oriented training and further education and maintains a training centre in Wallisellen for this purpose.
